FULL MARATHON: Baggage storage at Webstep, on the 2nd floor above Restaurant San Sebastian at Torvet. Entrance between San Sebastian and Hevd.
BRILLIANT HALF MARATHON: Baggage storage in the basement of EC Dahls, with entrance from the alley by Restaurant San Sebastian – right next to Nor-Contact Sport. The basement will be completely full, so it is not permitted to remain there longer than necessary. Due to logistics, we kindly ask everyone to use as little time as possible, especially Half Marathon Waves 1–5, as the 5K participants will use the same area in the basement immediately after these waves finish (directly to the left when you come down to the basement). Baggage storage for the 5K opens at 13:30.
BDO 10K: Baggage storage at Webstep, on the 2nd floor above Restaurant San Sebastian at Torvet. Entrance between San Sebastian and Hevd.
TRØNDELAGKRAFT 5K: Baggage storage in the basement of EC Dahls, with entrance from the alley by Restaurant San Sebastian – right next to Nor-Contact Sport. Note! For logistical reasons, baggage storage for the 5K will not open until 13:30. The area is located immediately to the left when entering the basement.
TEAM COOP MARATHON: Baggage storage at Trondheim City Hall, with entrance from Rådhusparken at the back of the building. Exit is also through the park, in the direction of the relay exchange zone.
TEAM COOP HALF MARATHON: Baggage storage at Trondheim City Hall, in the basement, with entrance from Rådhusparken at the back of the building. Exit is also through the park, in the direction of the relay exchange zone.
CHILDREN’S MINI MARATHON: If baggage storage is needed, this will be available at Webstep, on the 2nd floor above Restaurant San Sebastian at Torvet. Entrance between San Sebastian and Hevd.

You can change your distance/start wave yourself on "My Page" in EQ Timing up until 29th of August. After the bib number distribution has started, you can switch your distance and start wave when you pick up your bib number.

The pacers have been instructed to maintain a steady pace, while adjusting for terrain and elevation.They should keep a slight buffer in pace for hills and water stations.The pacer's most important task is to communicate with the runners in their group along the way.

All participants must have a license. You either hold an annual license through your running club as a member of the Norwegian Athletics Federation, or you must purchase a one-time license. This is bought together with your registration in EQ Timing.

First Aid
Safety and security for the participants are central during Trondheim Marathon.
Event Medics have extensive professional expertise in this field and are responsible for first aid and medical support during the event. In addition, TrAMS contributes with its expertise, and medical personnel will be available both along the course and at the arena at Torvet.
Trondheim Marathon offers all volunteers a first aid course prior to the event, ensuring that important knowledge in this area is also present among our skilled volunteers.
Due to the reopening of traffic on the course, participants must cross the finish line within a set time limit. Participants who do not finish within the maximum time will not be included in the official results. For this year’s race, the maximum time for the marathon distance is 6 hours.
No other distances have maximum time.
Trondheim Marathon maintains a close and effective collaboration with all emergency services in Trondheim to ensure the safety of participants and spectators, while also allowing daily emergency operations to continue during the event.
In case of an emergency requiring immediate assistance, runners and spectators are asked to call the emergency number 113.
It is important that family members and participants contact the race office if a runner does not finish or requires medical attention.

We encourage you to walk or cycle to the event and use the bicycle parking available in the city center.

Distribution of bib numbers will take place at
Polestar Space, Bassengbakken 1 at Solsiden.
Tue 2/9 – Fri 5/9 from 10:00–18:00.
For participants coming from out of town, bib numbers can be collected on race day from 07:30 at Munkegata 30.
You may also collect bib numbers on behalf of others.
Keep to the right, pass on the left.Make sure to get enough food and drink throughout the day.
The exchange point is located on Bispegata, by the City Hall.There is a dedicated office, information point and drinking stasjon, as well as access to toilets there. Participants exchanging (legs 2-4) can go directly to this point.
Team Coop Marathon4 x 10.5 km. All participants must have the bib number attached to the chest. The relay baton contains a chip and must be handed over to the next participant in the exchange zone. The baton should be returned at the finish line.
Team Coop Half Marathon4 x 5 km. The course is the same as the TrøndelagKraft 5k. All participants must have the bib number attached to the chest. The relay baton contains a chip and must be handed over to the next participant in the exchange zone. The baton should be returned at the finish line.
Before the race, there will be an opportunity to warm up in Stiftsgårdsparken. Water and toilets will be available there.
